Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings, sessions and course enrolments made with Alessandra Nirwan Photography. By booking a session or course, you agree to the terms below.

A booking deposit secures your session or course date. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable to a new date within 90 days of the original booking, subject to availability.

One free reschedule is included with every session package. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may forfeit the ability to reschedule. Course enrolments follow the batch transfer policy stated at enrolment.

Stated turnaround times are estimates based on typical workload and may vary during peak periods. We'll communicate any expected delay as soon as we're aware of it.

Personal-use clients receive delivered images for personal use. Corporate clients receive a commercial usage licence as stated on the relevant service page; broader licensing (paid media, resale) requires separate agreement.

While we take every reasonable precaution, photography sessions carry inherent limitations (weather, venue access, equipment). We are not liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control that affect a session.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
